PRA is well positioned to argue complaints at Assessment Review Board (ARB) Hearings.  Our approach is to negotiate the best terms possible for our clients before exposing property to a long and often unpredictable hearing.  The need to argue a complaint is considered a last step alternative.  Effort is always made to resolve complaints by compressing market data and presenting it in such a way as to ensure it receives the utmost consideration by MPAC.  In the event that a settlement is not amicable or reasonable under the circumstances, PRA is fully prepared to proceed and argue on merits that its company is based upon.  Regardless of the course of action pursued, PRA is confident to handle the complaints of various complexities and size.
