General Description of Duties:

Jim Betteto, as an independent contractor, participates in an extensive array of commercial-investment real estate services including valuation, tax recovery, advisory and brokerage services.

Accreditations:

Since 1988, Jim has been involved with diversified corporate and real estate-related activities. He has been a licensed Broker since 1995.

Jim brings an extensive academic history in real estate that includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts (Urban and Regional Planning) Degree from Ryerson University, Toronto. In addition, he has participated in a number of professional education programs from leading real estate organizations.

Presently, Jim is a member of the (i) Appraisal Institute of Canada ("AIC"), (ii) Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington ("RAHB"), (iii) Regional Commercial Council of the RAHB, (iv) Ontario Expropriation Association ("OEA") and (v) American Real Estate Society ("ARES").
