Information: General Description of Duties:
Mr. Domjancic has completed countless appraisal assignments for the purpose of mortgage financing, Power of Sale, insurance, current value assessment, marital separation, litigation as well as estate planning.

In addition to his accredited standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Mr. Domjancic is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Domjancic's active role in the field of Property Assessment and Taxation involves his input and participation on matters involving the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), various municipalities and the Assessment Review Board.
