Samrah Rashid

Samrah is responsible for handling full-cycle accounting procedures for managed properties. Additionally her role includes the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, financial statements, CAM and realty tax reconciliation, condo year end audit preparation and assisting the Chief Financial Officer and Property Managers with outstanding ad-hoc tasks within the department.
